This porridge contains higher protein element flour such as wheatgerm, brown rice and wholegrain wheat which brings  nutritional value as it is rich in vitamin E, B1 and protein, which can strengthen the vitality of brain cells and deepen the memory of the cerebral cortex.

This porridge is best for babies from 6 months onwards with its smooth texture. For older babies, try mashing in soft vegetables or fruits for texture and taste development.
