WARNING Propolis used on the skin in its pure form may cause itchiness and swelling which can be overcome through dilution of the raw Propolis. Internal reactions to Propolis are rare. However, people with low blood pressure or low blood sugar levels should avoid taking Propolis. People with exceptionally high red blood corpuscle counts should abstain from taking Propolis internally.

ALLERGY TEST If you have never used Propolis before and just want to be sure, place a small amount onto the end of your finger.
