How do you determine the delivery fee?
Delivery fee is determined by the total gross weight and dimension of the products.
Can I select the date of delivery?
We are unable to accommodate the scheduling of deliveries.
Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
Our logistics partners will deliver your items to you on business days only.
I jus received an email saying that my item(s) has been shipped. When will I receive my order?
As the item has only just been shipped, it's status and tracking information may take up to 24 hours to be updated on the website. Please also note that if you have ordered several items, these may be shipped separately according to stock availability.
What if no one is around to receive the parcel when it arrives?
Our logistics partner will contact you to reschedule another delivery at your convenience. Please note that subsequent deliveries may or may not be chargeable, depending on our partner's policies. You may email us at cs@werone.shop to assist in checking on the status of your items.
I've only received one item from my order. Where are the rest of my items?
Products may be shipped from various facilities, and therefore, may arrive at different times.
I've changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
We are unable to accommodate cancellations once payment is made as the Seller may have started preparing the order for shipment. You may wish to email us at cs@werone.shop to assist, however we are unable to guarantee that the Seller will be able to accede to your cancellation request. Please refer to our Refund Policy.

How do I get my refund?
In the event your item is refunded, the amount will be credited to your initial mode of payment.
Can I order by cash?
We are unable to accommodate cash payment.
Can I pay without using a Paypal account?
Yes, you can pay without signing up for a Paypal account. You can use any debit or credit card that is supported by Paypal to make the transaction.

How do I sign up an account?

What are WeROne Points?
WeROne Points work on a SG currency based point. Every S$1 spent with us, you will be entitled with 1 point. Accumulate a minimum of 100 points to redeem S$1 for your order. The more you spend, the more you get to earn and redeem for your next purchase.
How do I redeem my points?

3. Manually slide to your preferred amount of discount
4. Copy the code and paste it during check-out, you will also receive an email notification of the discount code.How do I earn my points?

3. You can refer to your friends and get extra 100 points with every successful referral. They have to spend $5 off $35 using the referral link. The more friends you refer, they get to enjoy great savings while you get to accumulate more points for discount.Can I check-out with more than one discount code?
