Bebe Bamboo

Bebe Bamboo™ was founded in October 2014 by Meiyen, a mother of 4. She started her business as an online retailer and quickly became a distributor of several baby brands in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Along the way, she was inspired by her brand principles who are moms themselves, to come out with her own branding. A branding with useful products but with an eco-friendly version.

 

How it all Started

Bebe Bamboo's products began with a mother's love for her young children. With a passion for healthy living, she gets frustrated by the lack of product options for her children especially sleepwear and home textiles that are good for sensitive skins with softness, comfort and functionality as her mantra. After months of research and battling eczema problem with her youngest daughter, she decided to create her own eco-friendly and good quality products using bamboo fabrics. Bamboo fiber is 100% biodegradable. It is perfect next to babies delicate skin because it is naturally hypoallergenic and anti-bacterial. She even took a step further to get all her products lab tested and to make sure that each product is free of chemicals especially when printing and colour dyeing were involved. She will continue to research and work on products to improve quality of life, health and our environment.
