Prepare and use

Unzip the download, choose your paper size and print at Actual size / 100%. Use portrait orientation for cards and checklists, and landscape for boards. Cards measure 2.5 × 2.75 inches (63.5 × 69.85 mm).

Cut around each card border with adult help. Choose up to four steps per board and move each finished card straight down from To Do to Done. Print another board for a longer sequence. Use the checklist as an example order or write your own on the blank template.

Place a checklist in a clear sleeve to reuse with a wipe-clean pen. Point to one step at a time and offer help as needed.

Before purchasing

These are fixed-layout PDFs, not digitally editable templates. Add your own steps to the blank templates by writing or drawing. A PDF reader and printer are needed. Paper, pens, sleeves and mounting supplies are not included. Test-print first; screen and printed colours may differ. Toileting and washing need age-appropriate adult help.
