My Reward Chart (A4)

Designed in a weekly format, Kiddies get to earn stars by completing the daily tasks they are encouraged to do. The writing sheet is Reusable and we can allocate different tasks for some of the days while some important ones can remain on the chart. Eg.

⏰ Wake / Sleep On Time
? Independent Eating
? Reading Books
? Pack School Bag
?‍♂️ Be Mindful

The reward system is also divided into 3 tiers to motivate Kiddies to achieve more rewards! We can also encourage them to count and keep track of the stars earned and check the reward they are eligible for. It takes a little step at a time for them to build up good practices!

Customised it to Kiddie’s Name & Favourite Theme to allow them to have a sense of personal belonging and achievement! So feel free to request a theme they like the most!
