My Reward Chart (A5)

A Reward Chart helps to motivate a child to complete required tasks and keep track of their actions & choices. We can use it to encourage them to build up and reinforce good behaviour and habits like:

? Brushing Teeth
? Dressing Up
? Keeping Toys
? Sharing Belongings
?  Good Manners

Upon collecting all 10 stars, they will get rewarded with their most-look-forward thing in recognition of their good efforts!

This Reward Chart will be customised to Kiddie’s Name & Favourite Theme to allow them to have a sense of personal belonging and achievement too! So feel free to request a theme they like the most!
