We source naturally pure mānuka honey, located in the most remote parts of New Zealand. The end result is a raw, unpasteurised manuka honey. We extract and pack our honey range ourselves to ensure quality and transperancy. We grade our honey according to the UMF ® Manuka Honey Grading system that includes testing for Leptosperin, MGO (Methylglyoxal), DHA, and the quality measure HMF. We test using independent labs.
